Eligibility Criteria: Graduation Degree with Punjabi in 10th Standard.
Syllabus: Prelims Exam: Paper –I General Studies 100 ques, 2 marks each total 200 marks. Paper – II Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) 80 Ques, 2.5 Marks Each Total 200 marks.

Hello, PPSC Has Released Advertisement through civil Service examinations. PSCSCCE Prelims Examination will take place in the month of July 2020. the latest recruitment notification released on 23th March 2020, candidates who were eagerly waiting for Punjab PCS can now apply before 23rd April 2020. check breif details below.

Note:-1: Due to Financial year closing on 31- March - 2020, the candidates are advised to deposit the application fee in banks after 2 April, 2020. In case of non adherence to this instruction, the liability will rest with the candidate and his candidature will not be accepted for technical reasons. 

AGE LIMIT

(a) Candidates should not be below 21 years and above 37 years of age as on  01-01-2020 except the posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police and Deputy  Superintendent Jails/District Probation Officers. 

(b) For the posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police and Deputy Superintendent  Jails/District Probation Officers, the candidates should not be below 21 years and  above 28 years of age as on 01-01-2020.

Educational Qualification

(i) The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution. Provided that the candidate may be permitted to take Preliminary Competitive Examination while studying for his degree. However, the candidate shall be required to produce proof of passing the degree course for being eligible to take the Main Competitive Examination during that year.

(ii) The Candidates must have passed Punjabi of matriculation or its equivalent standard as on the last date of receipt of Online application Form i.e.23/04/2020.

Syllabus & Exam Pattern

The preliminary competitive examination will consist of two papers of 200 marks each and shall comprise of objective type (multiple choice) questions. The detail is as follows:-
