CLAT 2020 Application Form - Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is conducted on a rational basis by National Law Universities (NLUs) in India. CLAT 2020 was being conducted by The National University of Advanced Legal Studies(NUALS).CLAT scores are considered by many private and government law colleges across the country. Candidates need to clear CLAT in order to secure admission in BA LLB (Hons), BSc LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), BSW LLB (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons) and LLM programmes. The National University of Advanced Legal Studies(NUALS) is organizing CLAT 2020.
CLAT 2020 ELIGIBILITY
FOR THE UG STUDENTS :
CLAT 2020 eligibility criteria require candidates to fulfill multiple aspects so that they can apply and thereafter appear for this law entrance exam. Candidates would be eligible to apply for CLAT 2020 if they have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of:
Forty-Five percent (45%) marks in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/Specially-abled person categories
Forty percent (40%) marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/category.
Also, candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April 2020 are also eligible to apply.
FOR THE PG STUDENTS:
Candidates must have done LLB or LLB Hons./or any degree equivalent to it.
Forty-Five percent (55%) marks in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/Specially-abled person categories
Forty percent (50%) marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category
There is no age limit fixed for this entrance exam.
CLAT Application & Registration Form 2020
CLAT exam is conducted in the month of April/May every year and the same is expected in 2020 as well. CLAT 2020 application forms will be available on the official website from January 2020 onwards. As per CLAT 2020 exam dates, the application process would end in March 2020. Like last year, CLAT 2020 application process would be completely online this year too. Thus, aspirants can register for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) only on the official website of the law entrance exam.
For SC/ST category candidates Rs. 3500/-
For Gen/OBC/PWD/SAP and other categories Rs. 4000/-

JURISPRUDENCE AND OTHER SUBJECTS SUCH AS CONTRACT, TORTS, CRIMINAL LAW, INTERNATIONAL LAW, ENVIRONMENT LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS.
CLAT Exam PATTERN 2020
This law entrance exam will be of two hours duration. CLAT 2020 will be an online exam which will comprise of 200 multiple choice questions which candidates need to attempt to get shortlisted for admissions into the various participating law institutions. Candidates will be evaluated out of 200 marks in CLAT. The exam paper will comprise of questions from different areas of law such as
For UG students:
English including Comprehension
General Knowledge and Current Affairs
Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability)

CLAT 2020 marking scheme
For every correct answer in CLAT 2020, candidates will be awarded one mark. However, for every wrong option selected by candidates, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

CLAT Admit Card 2020
Applicants who will be able to successfully submit their online application forms they can download their CLAT Admit Card 2020. From 20th April 2020 students can download admit cards in an online way. No, admit cards will be sent via post or e-mail and it will be issued only in the online way. Along with these admit cards applicants have to carry one identity proof to the examination center.
CLAT Answer Key 2020
After taking the exam authority will release CLAT 2020 answer key on 15th May 2020. This answer key will carry all the actual answers to the online examination 2020. In case of any miss answer, applicants can apply for it.
CLAT Result 2020
On 31st May 2020 CLAT Result 2020 will be declared and students can check this result by going to its website. To check these result applicants have to enter the login details.
CLAT Counselling 2020
Applicants can get admission in UG and PG courses through centralized counseling organized by CLAT office. Counseling process will start on 7th June 2020. This counseling will be held in various 4 rounds. Seat allotment process will be held on the merit-cum-preference basis. Candidates who will be selected for the counseling they all have to pay the fee of Rs. 50,000/- with CLAT-2020 Office.
